Some evenings are also geared towards those who wish to learn
more about the game of backgammon.

As such there are Workshop Corners
where new Players can learn to play the game.

It takes about 30 minutes to learn the very basics of the game.
Having said that it takes most a lifetime to master.
You have been warned!

If you know the basics but need a lesson on
The Doubling Cube, Crawford Rule,
Tournament Rules and Money play Rules
please feel free to ask - we were all beginners once.

Boards are available for use.

There is no charge for the workshop;
instead please buy your Tutor a drink for his / her time.

Profession Tutorship is also available at a fee.
