Report by Simon:
Martha and I lost to Catalin and Mourad last night 7-3 (though it was effectively DMP as they owned a 4-cube). it was a cagey match with 8 successive dropped cubes which gave them a 5-3 lead. They held a narrow race lead in the following game (115 to 121) and cubed, we took and re-cubed. GNU reckoned it was No Double, Take, and they lost 5% MWC in doubling. Afterwards it transpired Mourad thought we were playing a 9-point match, and admitted cubing had been a colossal error. That's backgammon for you!
